Brother is back at Calico Station! Machines in stock – Take it today

Calico Station has been finishing quilts for Northeast Florida customers for more than 40 years — all done in-house by our own staff.
We offer meandering and computerized longarm quilting with over 500 designs to choose from, plus edge-to-edge quilting and quilt binding services. Drop off your quilt at our Orange Park shop or ship it to us — we'll take it from there.
Longarm Quilting Services
We quilt on-premise using our in-house longarm machine. Every quilt is handled by our own staff — not outsourced. We offer two quilting options:
- Meandering — a flowing, free-motion pattern that works beautifully on any quilt style.
- Computerized quilting — choose from over 500 designs for a precise, consistent finish across your entire quilt.
Typical turnaround is approximately 30 days. Need it sooner? Call us to discuss your options.
Quilt Binding Service
We offer binding as an add-on to your longarm service. Prefer to do your own binding? No problem — we'll return your quilt ready for you to finish it your way. You're also welcome to supply your own binding fabric and we'll apply it for you.
Batting & Backing Fabric
We carry multiple batting selections to use with your quilt. We also stock 108" wide backing fabric — a practical choice that saves both time and money. As an example: a 90"x110" quilt requires about 8 yards of 44" wide backing fabric, but only 3? yards of 108" wide fabric. Bring the length and width of your quilt plus an additional 4" on all four sides to accommodate the longarm frame.
