Kimberbell May Flowers Bench Pillow
This project uses either a 6x10, 8x12, or 9 ½ x 14 hoop. It will work best if you bring your hoop grid template.
Kimberbell’s May Flowers Bench Pillow CD
Background fabric – 1/3 yard
Inner Border fabric – 1/8 yard
Outer Border fabric – 3/8 yard
Flowers and Pots – fabric scraps no less than 4 ½” square each
Shape Flex (Pellon SF101) or Fusible Mesh Stabilizer 1 ¼ yd
Water or heat erase pen
6 ½ x 24 ½ ruler
Embroidery tool kit
Tear away stabilizer
Threads to compliment your fabrics
Download design to a USB stick.
Print instructions from the CD.
Cut the fabrics and sew the pillowtop together as instructed in the directions on page 3.
Iron shape flex to the back. (if you are unsure how to use shape flex, we can do this part in class)
We will mark the pillowtop as part of the class.
